Missing e is awesome.
I figure that’s an apt title for the following list of exclamation points for my Friday.
- I had the day off today!
- We had our first ever guest over for lunch!
- I made delicious stir fry veggies and chicken!
- We drank local wine with lunch!
- Then had a dessert of ice cream with toasted almonds and drizzled with chocolate cabernet wine sauce!
- Alas, I forgot to take pictures!
- Forgetful food pornographer, I am!
- We took a walk in the park by the house!
- Then decided to go to Staples just because.
- And got distracted and went to the DMV to get new licenses, then to Bed Bath & Beyond, then to Cost Plus, all before going to Staples.
- I found a cookbook of mini-desserts that of course I bought, because yummy!
- After Staples we went to a mattress store!
- And we bought a fabulous new queen mattress! (Fit for queens!)
- Our mattress will be delivered Saturday!
2011 is ending on an expensive but awesome note.
